Join Westerly Wellbeing at Qideas Plant Shop as we gather in community to welcome the season of renewal with a mindful crafting workshop inspired by nature’s gift economy. Using natural materials like twigs, lavender, and fabric scraps, you'll create a symbolic bird’s nest—an expression of abundance, reciprocity, and care. As you weave, we’ll reflect on the generosity of the natural world and set intentions for growth, abundance and connection. Through guided mindfulness practices, you’ll deepen your awareness of the season’s energy, leaving with a tangible reminder of your intentions for your home or altar.
