During this 30-minute session, relax into the gentle resonance of crystal singing bowls, guided meditation + mindful breathing. This supportive practice empowers attendees to turn inward to navigate the complexities of grief, embrace compassion, fortify their resilience, and foster a deep well of self-love while cocooned in harmonious frequencies.

"REMEDIOS: A COLLECTIVE CARE EXCHANGE"

This sound bath session is in collabortaion with The Honeycomb Network and serves as the closing practice for the "Remedios: A Collective Care Exchange" transformative weekend event (Feb. 17 and 18) which offers a sanctuary for community members to explore and receive holistic care. 

This FREE community offering is a nexus for individuals to connect with an array of healers, service providers, + wellness practitioners, each showcasing their unique contributions to health and healing.  The Honeycomb Network's  mission is to weave a tapestry of care that honors the diverse needs of our community, providing a platform for BIPOC wellness practitioners to share their gifts & knowledge. Creating an environment that not only heals but also builds lasting connections and supports the continued growth and collaboration within our community.
